Dr. Shawn Zaman is a family physician with more than a decade of experience practising in the United Kingdom before relocating to Toronto. He completed his medical degree at the University of Manchester in 2009 and achieved the MRCGP qualification in 2014 as part of UK General Practice specialty training. During his time in the UK, he worked as a GP Partner, Out-of-Hours GP, and Primary Care Network Clinical Director, gaining broad experience in clinical governance, multidisciplinary collaboration, and primary care leadership. He also completed the NHS Mary Seacole Leadership Programme, which provided formal training in clinical leadership and service improvement.

Dr. Zaman provides comprehensive family medicine with a particular interest in minor surgical and dermatologic procedures. He has performed more than 2,000 procedures, including biopsies, excisions under local anesthetic, cryotherapy, toenail procedures, and joint and soft-tissue injections for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
